Kit Care are provided with a full range of training to build their knowledge, skills and understanding. 

New recruits may come with previous experience and training which is great, however this is not a requirement to work with us. We also recruit staff based on personality and good character and training supports these qualities.

We support the development of individuals and building confidence along with supporting personal objectives is important to us. You may have personal skills or interests that compliment your role and hold vaue when supporting the clients. Artists, Musicians, Sportsperson, Gardener, Crafter, Baker - any skill or interest is of interest to us.
